Tuition & Payment Policy
All students are required to follow one of the approved payment plans until their degree is completed. Payment options include:
- Full payment (lump sum)
- Down payment with quarterly installments
Please note that missing payments may result in withdrawal from the college. For students based in Tobago, postage fees will be invoiced separately, and payment must be received before course materials are shipped. Tuition is charged for the minimum number of years required for each degree program, even if you complete the program in less time.
If you exceed the maximum allowed time for your program, you will be charged at the current tuition rate and any applicable miscellaneous fees at that time.
Books can be bought at Amazon or local bookstores. Book list links will be provided upon enrolment.

Partial scholarships are available to qualified students
Tuition refunded with written request for withdrawal in time frame:
Within 2nd week after first tuition payment 80%
Within 3rd week after first tuition payment 60%
Within 4th week after first tuition payment 40%
After 4th week none
Postage and Handling will be charged on a near-cost basis for all materials sent to students.
No student may be indebted to the college in excess of $100.00 at any time.
All fees and debts to CCBI must be paid before any degree or transcript will be issued.
