1. Introduction

Welcome to the website of Caribbean College of the Bible International. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Caribbean College of the Bible International (“we,” “us,” or “the College” or “CCBI”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Website.   

Caribbean College operates this Website to provide prospective students and the public with information about our educational offerings, services, and policies. 

2. Updates to Terms and Conditions   

We reserve the right, at our discretion, modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and will reflect the date of the most recent updates. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.  

3. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing or using the Website on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.   

4. User Responsibilities & Code of Ethics 

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when interacting with the Website.
  • Using the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Website.

Caribbean College upholds a code of conduct rooted in Christian principles. While we do not impose specific rules, we expect all users and prospective students to conduct themselves in accordance with Christian values, as outlined in our Code of Ethics:

  • Each individual is expected to act Christ-like in attitude and action.
  • Unethical behavior, such as dishonesty, theft, and misconduct, is prohibited.
  • Students and staff are expected to respect college property and deadlines and adhere to the standards set forth by the college.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to or successfully breaching any security or authorization processes of the Website.
  • Disrupting or interfering with the Website’s network services.
  • Introducing any malicious code, viruses, trojans, or malware to the Website.
  • Attempting a denial of service or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack on the Website.
  • Using the Website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.   
  • Using the Website to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CCBI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content from the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for informational purposes only. You may not use the Website for any commercial purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.   

8. College’s Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.   
  • Restrict your access to certain features or functionality of the Website.
  • Take appropriate legal action against you for any unauthorized use of the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these third-party websites or resources, and we do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such website or resource.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be addressed through direct communication or, if necessary, formal legal action within the jurisdiction of Trinidad and Tobago.

13. Other Matters / Miscellaneous

  • Headings: The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
  • Amendments: If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be valid and enforceable.
  • Promotions: Caribbean College reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotional offers at any time.

14. Refund Policy for Degree Programs

Tuition will be refunded with a written request of withdrawal:

Within 2nd week after first tuition payment ……80%

Within 3rd week after first tuition payment…….60%

Within 4th week after first tuition payment…….40%

After 4th week…………………………………..non-refundable

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to admin@ccbi.org.

18. Payment Processing (will be modified when we reach there)

Caribbean College is in the process of determining the payment methods for tuition. Once implemented, you will be provided with information on accepted payment methods. Until then, please note that you can access course descriptions, but actual enrollment and payment will occur on a separate platform.
