CCBI is looking for the following:

  • To provide Theory and Practice education through distance learner-centered instructions that will enable graduates to fulfill their career objectives;
  • To instruct and facilitate a meaningful learning experience of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively support all facets of the CCBI distance learning environment;
  • To foster and encourage a distance culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity, and ethics as well as personal, spiritual, and professional development;
  • And to grade courses and return them to the International Office on a timely basis.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide competency-based education
  • Deliver distance learning instruction of CCBI courses
  • Enable student exit competencies
  • Deliver learner-centered instruction through distance delivery mechanisms
  • Encourage student success
  • Manage the distance learning education environment
  • Contribute to a culture of learning

Provide personal administrative support and assistance to Executive staff.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Design and maintain databases
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials;
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents;
  • Manage and maintain executives & schedules, appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Manage and maintain faculty and executives & stipends;
  • Organize documents for procurement and banking;
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events;
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications;
  • Answer and manage incoming calls;
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors;
  • Liaise with internal and external staff at all levels;
  • Interact with internal and external students;
  • Co-ordinate project-based work;
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;

Education and Experience

  • Usually at least 3 years’ experience providing support at a high level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree an advantage
